When I'm doing squats I get a sharp pain I'n my right knee cap when I'm at full squat any idea what this could be ???? Also what are the best pants I've tore atleast four different pairs when squatting from arse to crutch any ideas or is commando the best way?

One arm chin up hangs 5x 20 secs in each hand and more farmers ouch

thanx for your tips guys i do farmers walks and holds just need to do more by the sounds of it. i can do a 195 deadlift now and i feel stronger and that i could lift more but as lifting grip gors but as u say ill keep practising farmers and dumbells etc. ps does knowone go to work on here? lol

yea i do farmers walks at the moment to. its just making me slack in my deadlifting not having a good enough grip

im trying to improve my grip at the mo i do plates in each finger. cable holds. chin up hang holds. what else can i do ideas?

Yea I don't have gloves and I find when I put the wraps on the bar they hamper my grip because it makes the bar to thick, so I can't get a good grip I think I'll just keep without them

I just thought straps were the way to go, I see loads of people use them
But if not using them won't hamper my progression then that's cool Happy
