Feels like a geography lesson boys .. Denton is round the corner mate .. Esporta you posh f**ker they`ve got about 30kg of free weights there .. And after pissing myself for many hours saying "I`m not wearing that you f**ker" "i`m a Olympic Lifter" .. He convinced me to give it a try ... I`m NOT happy about it one bit and infact feel abit sick .. the following video is not to be watched by the faint hearted i look like a real wa**er .. Gaz`s Powerlifting Tips .. Chalk your legs so the knee wraps don`t move ..Then passed me some white knee wraps .. Is he taking the piss .. A squat suit thats baggy on the belly but tight as f**k on the legs .. made by Gaz`s MuM ..
