I'm too busy to keep updating this log after every gym day so I'm only going to update it once a week. Hopefully I'll catch some lifts and upload them as well.

Haha you're right. Thinking back I probably should have at least tried for an 8th but the 7th felt horrendous, and I thought I was rounding really badly. It always looks so much easier and faster when you watch your lifts on video than it feels when you are doing it.

Happy with my deadlift this week, getting a rep PB beltless. Next week I will be going for 140kg for hopefully as many reps but with a belt on.

Very happy with my benching tonight, I hit eight reps at 77.5kgs so next week I'll be going for 80kg till I fail. The most I've done at 80kg is 5 I think so hopefully I'll get more!

Nice and easy weight today, could of got another couple reps at the 130kg but I couldn't be bothered. Next week I'll rep out 135kg, hopefully getting about 8 again.

Called it a day there as my legs were dead and I was shattered!

I enjoyed an excellent chili when I got home that my flatmate had kindly cooked for me. Not in now until Saturday so hopefully I will have recovered by then!
