7/11/11 Bench Bar x 10 40kg x 6 60kg x 5 70kg x 3 77.5kg x 8 - PB 70kg x 10 62.5kg x 11 Very happy with my benching tonight, I hit eight reps at 77.5kgs so next week I'll be going for 80kg till I fail. Deadlift 70kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 1 130kg x 8 115kg x 8 105kg x 10 Nice and easy weight today, could of got another couple reps at the 130kg but I couldn't be bothered. Next week I'll rep out 135kg, hopefully getting about 8 again. Good Mornings Bar x 5 Bar x 5 40kg x 8 40kg x 8 40kg x 8 Hopefully I'll just put the weight up on these each week. Chin-ups BW x 5 +15kg x 5 +15kg x 5 +15kg x 5 Not too bad on these, since I got three sets of 5 I'll move up the weight next time to the next heaviest dumbell, (18kg I think). Called it a day there as was shattered. I'm happy with everything today and look forward to bench on Monday. | |||

Cheers! Full of the cold today and generally didn't feel too good but still had quite a good session. Squat Bar x 5 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 3 115kg x 6 102.5kg x 8 92.5kg x 10 Called it a day there as my legs were dead and I was shattered! I enjoyed an excellent chili when I got home that my flatmate had kindly cooked for me. Not in now until Saturday so hopefully I will have recovered by then! | |||

I got 3 of 4 junior records (missed out on the squat record due to my depth). | |||
