A guy squatting with lifting straps on, squeaking out a rep which would have killed him if the bar were to roll off his shoulders!

Don't find any of this kit in the shops, only places in the UK are strengthshop and pullum as far as I am aware. Go by the size guides for the companies and you can't go wrong!

GlobalPlay, FlightScope and TrackMan are the best ones. Depending on how fast you swing and how fast your ball speed is there is a magic optimal window for distance. Get things right there and you can get quite a bit extra especially if your current driver isn't suited to you.

Get onto a launch monitor and see what your spin rate, club head speed and launch angle are then get fitted for a new driver and choose what ball gives you the optimal spin rate off the tee. It's really easy to fit for something new and you don't necessarily need to spend fortunes. What driver have you got just now, loft shaft and flex?
