Power and Fitness has two eleiko bars, a s**t ton of weight and is currently home to a couple of British GBPF Champs. Can't rate it highly enough. | |||

So I'm back on the horse. Decided after a three year lay off to get me arse back into my training so I'm not a waste of oxygen and flesh. Been the gym three times this week and its humbling just how pathetic I am. I was never anywhere close to being strong but now I'm as weak as a kitten with low blood sugar levels. Only 1 way to head - upwards (I think). | |||

Training was a bit mad today. Bench Warm up 5 x 70 3 x 75 3 x 85 3 x 95 (x 2) Deadlift 5 sets of 140 double Also, the gym smelled of sweaty human s**t which wasn't good. | |||
