Although im not sure how your tendons are going to find benching heavy three times a week. They seem to struggle with 2 right?

Give me a day or two, ive got some really good peaking routines on my desktop, I just dont have my desktop right nowTongue

Mate, they really arent that bad at all. Work on the few little things that Rob mentioned, arse lower, head up, tight core, and your form will be fine!

Nice work. I dont know how you train in such a quiet atmosphere though, i'd be cranking out the music.

Incidentally, if you were to really attack the weight, and really go for it, I reckon you've got 500lbs nailed already. Maybe try and get down to Sugden on a wednesday night. That's deadlift day.

Yeah dont be too hard on yourself Josephine, thats a lot of work to do before a session.

And it'll come, soon, and once you've nailed some good reps, 45kg will be a warmup for you, im sure of it. Just keep plugging away!

Don't wait till you're stronger. If you're spending time in Fallowfield, a trip to Sugden Barbell is a must. It's like Paris and the Eiffel Tower, it's criminal to do one and not the other.Grin

Nice work! Do you always take so long with the bar on your back before squatting? Whilst it might seem fine now, I reckon once you get above 180kgish you're not going to want to be hanging around. Just a thought.

Nice improvements mate. I think it's a really cool looking forum now.
» Sites we like... AKA Links (Go to post)08-10-2006 @ 12:35 - one of the original strength training boards, has been around in some form for years. Some good stuff here, although the traffic is nothing like it used to be.
» Sites we like... AKA Links (Go to post)08-10-2006 @ 12:33 - home of the Gillinghams - Marundes site, some good stuff there but a lot of nut-swinging. Still, Colin Bryce and Misha Koklyaev have posted there in the last week, as do a lot of the yank pros.

Incidentally, I couldnt eat anything like that now. Sadly, at 23, im already looking back at my own teen years with envy.

A friend of mine has polished off two large meatfeasts and two portions of garlic bread. Now that's a meal!

My best pizza hut related eatathon is 22 slices at the buffet, a mate of mine, who is way lighter than me did 26Eek

Ive done a 12 piece KFC bucket in one sitting, that was really tough towards the end.

The most impressive eating ive witnessed first hand was a guy called crazy dave in Canada, he and his mates had 'The Big Mac Challenge' - 5 big macs in 5 minutes. Crazy Dave was the only guy to ever do it, and I watched him do it in just under 4 minutes!!! - A PB at the timeGrin
