| Hi! Im Jacob , 17y old . Atm 107kg ass from Czech Republic. PR barbell benchpress 1x140kg ; 5x120kg deadlift 1x220kg ; 6x200kg squat 1x190kg ; 5x170kg So .. i started exercising before cca 16months , got alot of fat , but who the f**k cares right,yo. In two months i will start with some diet , for now just pure weightlifting . For now im using 2+1 training (A chest,back,delts B legs,arms) to be continue ... | |||
