yes i intend to compete but not in powerlifting so it won't matter... will it? i currently squat in trainers, i used to squat barefoot but i find it more comfortable to squat in trainers. what are the lions like? good buy? why are the different to lokis? the difference seems to be wooden midsole meaning? | |||

hi, was thinking about getting a pair of lifting shoes and some wrist wraps. budget isn't massive. any suggestions/recommendations. is it worth doing at this point in my lifting? i.e will it make a difference with the kind of weight im lifting cheers | |||

back at bulks today, good gym. probably last session before sometime off, normal gym is shut, good excuse to relax, let the niggles fix. strict press 40x10 60x3 followed by some push press 70xf then some push press 70x1 new strict press pb then some push press off the back of it lateral raises 7.5x10 super set in rear delt raises 7.5x10 did this twice bench. 60x10 100xf 100x1 spotter helped a little i suspect his hand were on the bar 80x5 dip machine 80x6 80x8 cable push downs |
