went to muscle madness in sheffield today small version of log 50x5 60x3 70x1 80x1 70x1 also had my new do-wins found it slightly harder in them, as far as on the jerk for the press but sure i'll learn it found smaller log much harder to clean etc then power cleans 70x3 80x2 90x1 100 fail 100 fail 100x1 pb 100 fail 100x1 pb then squat do-wins made this so much easier like mental 60x8 100x5 120x4 130x1 belt on from now 140x1 150x1 160x1 some rows 10, 6,7,6,7 left gym was a good session happy with the pbs | |||

went to muscle madness today, is a good gym but not really got enough kit to train strongman, log... not full size, farmers and 80 and 100 kilo stones to a 4 ft platform | |||

first comp i did, i had a 185 kilo dead, a 145 kilo squat and a 65kilo strict and came mid table, the test is how good you are at events mate, also if i were you i woudln't be keeping carbs down | |||

Have been given some creatine caps by a mate 700mg ones, the pack just says take 3 before training and 3 after. Was wondering if that meant I should load the creatine like with the powder stuff. If I should be taking the creatine every day or just on training days. Cheers | |||

just did some conditioning today, didn't really have a clue or a plan but did 3sets of 3 minutes with a minute gap on heavy bag and one set of 20 and one set of 40 high rep deadlifts | |||
