Cheers Neil - finally getting back into a bit of a groove. I have been guilty over the last year of being a bit of a routine whore and wanting super quick results. That ain't gonna happen after 20+ years of training so now I go slow and steady and do what I know works for me

Bit of the ol' DOMS in my quads this morning. Not felt that for a whileRoll-Eyes Must start doing fronties on a regular basis now. I don't mind being bested by the monsters, but when Smalls's fronties are 50kg more than mine, it's time to get down to business!!

Not sure but I think it came from population data from the 40's and 50's. Could well be talking out of my arse though. So called normal BMI is between 20 and 25, but takes no accouunt of any training at all or indeed bodyfat levels

EDIT: Wikipedia says it was developed in the mid 19th century by a Belgian fella
