pile of wank sesh today - well half a pile Deads warmed up to 217.5 Failed. WTF!! Should have been 3 sets of 2 sacked them off SLDL sacked off well, that;s the pil of s**t out of the way machine push press 3 x 2 at 97.5. Easy peasy... oly bar strict press 3x5 at 77.5 Deads were possible adversely affected by doing a load of powercleans yesterday.Won't be doing that again!! | |||

Have had a bit a psychlogical barrier squatting 170+ recently (god knows why - it's not exactly heavy!), but everyything felt nice and deep and snappy. Squatted in Oly shoes for the first time today. Liked it very much. Felt much more solid and the raised heel put me in a slightly better position Bench 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 5 110 x 3 115 x 3 122.5 x 2 130 x 2 130 x 1 122.5 x 2 122.5 x 2 Also pleased with these. The first set of 130s I had a spotter/hand out and I felt like nthere was a triple there. Much more difficult sans spotter though.
