Hi Phil

If it helps I wont be lifting in the 100kg class, my knee is not 100% from when I hurt it in the world's and I've had two comps back to back now, so I'm taking time out.

Kick some ass for me Happy

Cheers

I would like to see the results too, I get fed up of people in the gym saying 'he's on the gear', if I could point them to the results, it would be a big finger up to them Happy

Not on platform 2 - it was a 28mm Boar bar.
Grippy but quite whippy compared to a Eleiko Power Bar

Quick question, does anyone know the manufacture of the Olympic bars used, the gym I go to really needs some new ones and I wouldn't mind one of those. Save me a fortune in chalk Happy

Hi Nick

Yup, lifting Sunday, in the 100kg group, but I may slip in to the 110 as I'm close on weight. You wont miss me, I'm the gobs**te prior ro lifts, a bad habit that I hate :-S

Duh, got you, weigh there, weigh at home. What a thick fook
» Fat b***ard (Go to post)15-03-2011 @ 10:05
Could do, but I'm 99.6 first thing, in kacks, and no food or drink. Not sure what boots would thing of me in kacks :-)

OK, got a problem, well may have one, my scales say I'm 99.6Kg, they aren't cheap ones but I don't trust them 100% as I've been caught out before, luckily that time (the old scales) weighed over, so I had about 2Kg to spare. However, I would like to get my scales to say 98.6Kg by Saturday as I lift this Sunday. Never had to lose weight before and me and diets, I just can't see that would help and would it not affect my lifts?

So any recommendation?

Cheers
Steve

Hi Nick

Where are you in the country. The BDFPA is having its un-equiped national comp this coming weekend in Bournmouth, which I would totally recommend dropping to see whats going on
