philnosko said:Can I go 100kgs Paul, as I qualified in the 90 class? Or what if I enter at the 90kg class and weigh over, can I still compete in the 100kg class? Im just undecided what to do, I like to eat a lot! Hi Phil If it helps I wont be lifting in the 100kg class, my knee is not 100% from when I hurt it in the world's and I've had two comps back to back now, so I'm taking time out. Kick some ass for me Cheers Steve

I would like to see the results too, I get fed up of people in the gym saying 'he's on the gear', if I could point them to the results, it would be a big finger up to them

Quick question, does anyone know the manufacture of the Olympic bars used, the gym I go to really needs some new ones and I wouldn't mind one of those. Save me a fortune in chalk

OK, got a problem, well may have one, my scales say I'm 99.6Kg, they aren't cheap ones but I don't trust them 100% as I've been caught out before, luckily that time (the old scales) weighed over, so I had about 2Kg to spare. However, I would like to get my scales to say 98.6Kg by Saturday as I lift this Sunday. Never had to lose weight before and me and diets, I just can't see that would help and would it not affect my lifts? So any recommendation? Cheers Steve
