| sods law for me, caught some f**ing horrible cold/flu thing so im resting and fighting it off as much as i can for the comp! im not gunna be 100 percent now thats for certain, but as long as im above 60 ill be giving it a go! | |||

| in my opinion a novice is somebody whos only in their first-third comp....and dl's over 250kg i think intermediates should be entered however saying this freaks of nature that have walked into the gym and pulled that kinda weight first time they ever deadlifted (like hollands) so it's a hard area to define. robs call at the end of the day, its his comp and im sure he'll weed out any non novices trying to get in. this is my first comp so i am very excited! wishing all that enter luck x | |||
