A bit of both mate, strength is starting to come back and fitness is improving, just going to keep at it and see where I am next year. Will come over to hulks at some point over the summer, just putting a lot of hrs in at work ATM

Just got a tyre for home, around 250 kg at a guess mainly for cardio

Tyre x2 flips into 60 kg sand bag shouldering x10

Just Finnish nights so couldn't be bothered plus got mma tonight
Not much strength work this week cos got a tough mudder on Saturday
