Just got a tyre for home, around 250 kg at a guess mainly for cardio Tyre x2 flips into 60 kg sand bag shouldering x10 X2 Then 2 flips into sand bag 5m then floor to shoulder x10 Just Finnish nights so couldn't be bothered plus got mma tonight Not much strength work this week cos got a tough mudder on Saturday | |||
