Hi Rico,

You sound like a force to be reckoned with! You certainly got some good lads to be training with. Keep up the good work.

Does it harm to be training 1RM's every week on say Deadlift?
Or, can you train like that until you see no improvement then deload?
Basically trying to decide how to scedule reps/sets for my stength training.

Im a bit confused as to how much volume to have in each of my workouts, say comparing 5x5 using moderate weight, to something where you might have couple of sets of 5 couple of sets of 3 a few singles working upto to a 1RM.

Also belts, I need to get one and ive seen on strengthshop they do 10mm or 13mm, lever belt or double prong buckle - whats the differenc/best?

cheers.

Alex reid tho, why him, makes no sense at all.
Still tcould be worse though, could be davina mccall.
If it where a choice who would you pick, a fit piece of eye candy[Apperently Holly Willabooby is a big hit here, personaly I like Fern better] or a well informed presenter who is into strongman?

...or the incredibly annoying Zoe Salmon (but at least she's fit)

Eric Cressey is very well respected and Iv seen a couple of his vids before mate, not sure Ive seen this particularone, but think i might try a few more movemnts on mine. I usually only use it for my back.

Id say just keep at it and it'll stop hurting quite so much Happy
