Cheers mate I'll try adopting it next time I fell I need to used my lever belt. Been trying to not use it since getting bcak into training after 3 weeks away, I fear I DID have it too tight previously. Ta. | |||

nice one on the 80kg overhead mate. Im still yet to get 80kg over my head so ive no bloody chance for Champions of the future and U90 yorkshire novices 40kg DB lol. You say you have 5kg to loose? Is that for May? Im prob 93kg at present so need to loose some for Yorkhires |
