It wasn't too bad actually, made it a little drier but the brown sauce sorted that out. It's good in a bit of oatmeal as well.

I always get the 5kg bag of unflavoured, I put bit of nesquik in if I'm having a shake and actually put a scoop in my scrambled eggs this morning. It's good, and cheap.

I'm looking to start Sheiko #29 after Christmas.

Just wondered if anyone on here has experience of any sheiko routines and what you got out of them?

I'm thinking of doing 29, 30, 31, then 32 and then staring allover again but with 37, 30, 31, etc. Is 29 a good place to start?

I was inerested in these when Barroski (think that was what he was called on here) was promoting them the other month (did the same on bb.com with the exact same posts). I train at home on my own and don't fancy sticking some wooden boards up my tshirt to hold them in place. Wonder what the proboards will be priced at?

Power rack was delivered a couple of days ago, put it up yesterday an first workout with it today. Just bodyweight stuff as not got any weights yet, they're going to be a Xmas present off my missus.
