Weight gain, milk, olive oil, 100g fruit.

This is generally what I do, I make the shake to around 800kcals, but you could easily go over 1000 if you wanted to.

Olive oil?
Cheers mate.

Seriously though, cant you get up before 8 to sort yourself out something decent?

I would but having a 5 month old baby and being a shift worker means I very rarely get more than 5-6 hours in bed, so I try to make the most of it.

Hi guys, just a quick one. Anyone got any suggestions on what I should eat before heading to the gym. On most days I train at around 9.30-10, for an hour and a half. My issue is that i'm up with my daughter at 8ish, and don't have time to make a proper breakfast, ideally I want something I can get straight out of the fridge! I'm not that fussed about it being healthy.

Cheers mate. Glad I tripled it in the end. Knew I had it in me. Just needed attitude adjustment. Thinking of sticking to a max of 200 for a few weeks. Maybe not go for a pb til I can rep it 5 times? Don't want to push it while form is slightly off.

Anyway, shoulders today.

Cheers guys. Was really feeling it in knee today. Some days I wake up an it's fine. Others I wake up and it's very stiff and sore.
Otherwise I'd have done some light to med front squats.
