I'd still stick to normal. Deadlifts helped heal my back. It's why I started deadlifting in the first place. Try a few weeks off the come back but mega light! Unlucky tho man. Hope it heals up quick. If you do strict, maybe wear your belt, or do seated? Play it safe.

I think you've got at least 75 in there mate. That's strong strict 60x4.
My push press is going up slower than my weight, so could be a while for me. 88.7kg...
