At muscle Inc. But training on my own, so having to work things out myself.

Axle press

Log press
85 fail clean about 10 times
Then got the hang of that, then cleaned it ok, but failed press about 10 times. Then found the lighter log.
70x2,3,5,2 all rep pb's.
So on a good note, I now know how to clean a log properly. 

Farmers hold
56 for about 5 seconds. 
96 for about 10 seconds.
116 for just over 30 seconds. Default pb
Major callus rippage!

Atlas stones
Only played about with the lightest stone.
85kg to about 4.5/5 foot platform several times.
Done a few pick ups with heavier ones, put didn't push it as I have no idea what I'm doing.
