Shoes off, 3 slaps. 220x1 230x1 For some reason my 18 inch deads are not much better than normal deads if at all. Traps overload (high rack pull with straps) 160 200 230 260 280 All picked up and held for a count. Wanted to go up to 300 put i think either my straps, or wrists may have broken. FTOH 60x1 70x1 80x1 90 fail clean 90 cont clean, no press. Db row with fat grip 40x5,4,2,1 on each hand I noticed gym has bought a sled, so that's gunna feature in the next sesh for sure!! | |||

(pb) 70 fail, had nothing left at this point. Bench 50x6 70x4??,6 80x2 not feeling it. Cant get into good line. Plus no spotter so can't push it. Wednesday 9/11/11 At muscle Inc. But training on my own, so having to work things out myself. Axle press 50x8,8,8,8,8 Log press 85 fail clean about 10 times Then got the hang of that, then cleaned it ok, but failed press about 10 times. Then found the lighter log. 70x2,3,5,2 all rep pb's. So on a good note, I now know how to clean a log properly. Farmers hold 56 for about 5 seconds. 96 for about 10 seconds. 116 for just over 30 seconds. Default pb Major callus rippage! Atlas stones Only played about with the lightest stone. 85kg to about 4.5/5 foot platform several times. Done a few pick ups with heavier ones, put didn't push it as I have no idea what I'm doing. Apollon's deadlift 105x5 145x5 185x1 all no straps (strapless pb) Straps added 185x a few. Found it really hard to get motivated on my own. | |||
