So put bar and weights on the patio, set a timer for 10 mins, no warm up, this is what happened.

Also did 3 sets of 5 pull ups, the easiest I have in a while between the c&j's.

Think it was tight hips that made me mega slow under the bar. Maybe confidence as it was raining, I was on the lawn and it was getting dark.
Still pretty happy with 60kg power snatch.

Did this to a rat with a boulder on the farm I worked at. Was trying to scare it, but the Boulder landed on the rats back and broke it. It was a moving target.

Had this convo at work once, I was saying I've never hit anything in 3 years , then on the way home I hit 2 pigeons and a rabbit.

I tapped a deers bum once after a 12hr night, thought I was hallucinating so I didn't swerve, til the last minute. Thought it was a wolf at first so I guess I was a little bit.

So realised at work that I'm not enjoying SM training at the mo. So taking a break from what 'I should do', and doing what ever the f**k I feel like in each session. Maybe bring back the love.
