Sun 10/5/15 BW: 86.4kg So put bar and weights on the patio, set a timer for 10 mins, no warm up, this is what happened. Clean & jerk 40x (1 clean, 3 FS, 3 jerks) 50x1 60x1 65x1 70x1 75x1 80x2 85x clean only Also did 3 sets of 5 pull ups, the easiest I have in a while between the c&j's. | |||

Fri 8/5/15 Snatch 40x1-1-1 45x1-1 Powers snatches from here as I couldn't get under the bar... 50x1-1 52.5x1 55x1 57.5x1 60xf-f-1 Clean, hang clean, jerk 60x 2 sets Easy, but couldn't get into it mentally. Fronties 40x1 60x1 80x1 90x1 Pull ups 3x5 L-sit progression and ab work Think it was tight hips that made me mega slow under the bar. Maybe confidence as it was raining, I was on the lawn and it was getting dark. Still pretty happy with 60kg power snatch. | |||

Had this convo at work once, I was saying I've never hit anything in 3 years , then on the way home I hit 2 pigeons and a rabbit. I tapped a deers bum once after a 12hr night, thought I was hallucinating so I didn't swerve, til the last minute. Thought it was a wolf at first so I guess I was a little bit. | |||

Thurs 30/4/15 So realised at work that I'm not enjoying SM training at the mo. So taking a break from what 'I should do', and doing what ever the f**k I feel like in each session. Maybe bring back the love. Today I fancied a nice snatch! Snatch 40x5x2 50x2-2-1f2 50x1+2 OH squat x4 sets 55xf-f 40x2 Paused OH squat 40x3 50x3 60x3 50x3 C&J 50x1 60x1 65x1 60x3x1 various hand positions Good session. Luckily the 2 guys in the gym were being shown how to snatch by the coach. Got a few pointers. Nice. | |||
