Only 1" loadable ones but only have about 15kg in plate if that. I have been using a 20kg plate. But I have to go rep crazy as you can imagine.

I would avoid them. But I only have free weights so pull downs etc aren't an option.

I should add I aim to be 18 or less really. Because I don't like being a fat s**t. I weigh 91.3 atm. Down from 96 so far.

Yeah I figure that. But I still think it should give me a rough guide.
Plus they were half price and cheaper than the basic scales! Happy

Also my old ones had, had it due to weighing stones etc on them... Will still keep them for the gym.

Wasn't planning on losing that much. Damn work.

According to my scales 27.1% fat!!!
Looking at me I'd say more 22. But can at least use them as a reference.

No motivation to train today. Prob down to no eating enough yesterday. Been on 12hr days all week and in charge, so eating went to pot.

60x3-3 second set had short run with the block between presses.

Tyre flip
350 x several fails
350x1 with a plate underneath
350x4 singles
Hardest 350 tyre I've ever flipped. Was a bit wet too which didn't help.
