Had a new suit on today, kept my straps down. Just wanted to bed it in abit today, everything easy.

Front Squat [Belt & Knee Wraps]
60, 100, 130, 150, 170 [All Doubles]

Upper Back Work BB Rows, 6x10

This is my optional day, on this day I will train what I want and above all have fun.

Not much to say about today I did what my plan said to do and that is all, everything was fairly comfortable.

Heavy Yoke Bish well done, I had a go at yoke on Saturday. Apparently I was low bar-ing it, is a high bar position better. Any tips?

Thanks JT, will try and incorparate more strongman movements into my training as I think it will have a good carryover to my powerlifting.
