Simon_T said: Lol, when are we getting together for a session then mate? In the year of our lord 2013 a lone wolf will rise from the darkness capable of inhuman efforts of physical expression. In other words not sure, probably february/march. Got more rehab to do and a new routine to start in March. Kapow

With regards to your elbow pain, have you tried working extensors using elastic bands around your fingers. You need to do 100's of reps every day. Keep a set around the gear stick in the car and bang out some reps whenyou are in traffice etc.
» Push press + knee pain (Go to post) | 04-05-2012 @ 14:00
You can do a search on tinternet for how to strap your leg when you have pattelar tendonitus. It involves lifting the knee cap. This stops the tendon being put under as much tension. Also check your quad, hip flexor flexibility/mobility. If they are tight and shortened, this will put extra tension on the pattelar tendon. Check calf flexability as the top end of the calf joins the junction that joins the pattelar tendon. Again if your calf is tight this could add tension to your pattelar tendon. If the pain is more toward the outside of knees then foam roll/stretch your IT band

Simon_T said:Nice work mate, how is the neck reacting to it? Not to bad bro. As long as I stretch loads. My rear delt is almost non existant so will be hitting that alot. Sometimes when my neck is sore I foam roll and stretch my hips/it band and my neck feels better. Posture and muscle balance is everything

terryhollands said: Win Brits, win europes, win wsm, should be pretty easy I think (!) I just wanna be proud of what I have done at the end of the year. Obviously I would like to win all them but it's easier said than done. I'd like to Deadlift (with straps) 460 at some point this year. Also I would like to log press 200kg but that seems to be getting further away not closer Best of luck I am sure you are cabable of all those goals. Do you do speed work for the Log, like you do with the Dead lift |
