i agree with some things that your saying but at the end of the day if i had to buy the ebook then i gave it too you then i am losing out because your not gonna give me the book back as its a ebook where as if it was a normal book then i could take it back off you. | |||

went to the gym on saturday and did a little bit of chest. then i also went today 7/10/10 but i feel like death serious case of manflu Deadlifts off blocks dont know how high 10 x 60 5 x 100 5 x 140 1 x 180 1 x 220 fail 5 x 140 5 x 140 5 x 140 never done these before found them harder then deads off the floor, hoping when i feel better i can pull 220+ as i can pull 220 off the floor front squats 10 x bar 5 x 60 5 x 80 1 x 100 1 x 110 PB happy with pb but by now i just wanted to go home latpull down 4 sets of 10 cant wait to feel better, my front squat seems to be catching up my normal squat pretty fast. | |||
