430 looked fine, 460 appeared high...but f**k knows with a s**t non side on angle tbh The spotter is a bit "friendly", but I think most of us would want the spotter pretty close with 460 on our backs | |||

Nothing noteworthy to report except a 320kg Squat since stopped logging Only train 2 x per week and only Squat, DL, Log & Bench now so wont see much variation!
