Was in the gym for ages tonight but achieved very little. Had a really sore quad since Friday, struggling to bend down, so naturally it was time to squat Squat eq for heavier ones 70*5 pain 120*5 more pain 170*3 more pain 220*2 less pain 220*2 less pain 250*2 very little pain 250*3 almost comfortable 220*5 no pain afterwards pain again Viking press strict 40*10 65*10 90*15 105*10 120*8 90*16 + 65*8 strict so no issue from leg home and pain is back

Steve said: I agree it's not the best name . However does it really matter what it's called or whether Paleo man actually ate it? Surely I should be judged on what is being recommended to eat? Indeed, t is not the best name. Palio mans actual diet sounds meagre and rough. That is basically her point, it's not what Palio man would have eaten. She doesn't seem to me to be criticising the content of the diet, just the historical in accuracy of the use of the name, which being an archeologist she is right to do

I am confused to be honest Tom, I just can't figure how he wants people to squat, and keeps putting up examples of nice squats but seeming to criticise them. Seems to be a troll of sorts, but I don't get his agenda at all

And what is wrong with those squats? I don't really understand what you want a squat to be to be honest.

Steve said: She puts down a "paleo diet" based on a couple of debatable/incorrect assumptions and then recommends a diet which is pretty much a paleo diet! Disagree. She basically explained that what Palio man most likely ate is not the same as the Palio diet, all of which made sense. She was not there to criticise the make up of the diet, just to say that the name was inaccurate, which I agree with. I thought it was pretty good
