thats a bloody big barn where you train very nice im in a small garage. very impressed seeing routines include clean and push press and front squats etc from non olympic background lifters more often. and solid deads too, well done Neil

total respect on doing front squats mate, very impresive technique and explosive. one of my fav exercises i personally cut out backs many years a go just did fronts for my competing (oly lifting) as a bonus my legs got masive. at present doing light build up on backs for high reps seeing how back goes

continental clean does that translate to rough as fuk get it up thier any how ? when strongman comp - sorry im a lazy c**t not reading eary posted love the 290 dead mate by the way. whats your backgroud been training long or change from one sport to strength training etc. ?

2nd 75 power snatch working on a full squat snatch should put you up to 100k

3rd 80 well you just squat snatched 100 Ha Ha no comment then week later you are snatching 75 for reps come on sort it out
