you did what needed to be done in qualifying but work on you full squat lifts when you have warmed up on power cleans its hard to try and power 115, squating it is just as hard if you have not been doing squat cleans. learn from it and improve again well done | |||

do some more snatches i here you cry..... trained with the boys at the rugby club plan now is 2 days olympic 2 days general. platforms fine for dropping from over head. like monday bench, deadlift,triceps wednesday cleans front squats friday press,curls saturday snatch, pulls sorted out the rechargable lights got an extension lead down the garden as back up anyway first 'proper' session of the year (find a comp in say July 85k clas?) 02/02/08 snatch 40x5 50x3 50x3 50x3 squat cleans 60x3 60x3 60x3 60x3 80x3 80x3 100x3 all very easy | |||

wigers i am going to keep the cardio in im actually enjoying it at the moment 30mins before snatch is a lot of cardio too me. first i just used it to warm up in the cold garage now i have a fire it warm up my back and legs before this OAP totally stiffens up LOL. |
