thanks for asking work were very understanding said take as much time off as you want my new boss took me home. 2 days of day time tv sent me crazy. wife got a new game for play station to cheer me up not played that since b4 xmas my trouble is i cant take my own advice suppose to be cardio until further notce and i try 140 deadlifts t**t all done very slow at least im not so stupid to try exercises where i just my feet this week goes from bad to worse, took dog back to wood green after 3 years bit someone couldnt take chance with baby katie, was not annoyed that they put him down more that they did not tell us until dead done at least if we could have been their for him in his final hours that would have been something even my mum cryed and she always gave the impression she didnt like his shall we say excitable nature anyway training again tomorrow cardio only i promise (not) | |||

maybe thats why the master lifting seems more popular than the regular british the old gits keep going when i competed in my first british schoolboys they had to run it over 2 days 166 lifter in my under14 age group add to under15 and under 16. today if you add all 3 age groups bet it wont be 100 | |||

if 120 is a pb jerk off rack i dont care who you are going for 125 takes a lot of bottle it may be a head thing.
