there all a joke, he looks that good because of hard training and (boing) bland clean eating unlike me finishing off the last of the chocolate cake

20 run with dog (not proper training, rearlly) i do what i want now and my brother dont question it. he knows im enjoying my training at moment so if i dont train its for a good reason. it killing me not being able to train, rest is best in long run

hope the injuries not too serious mate, good thing about training is doing so many other exercises. i have got a little set back at moment came back into soon and injury im now having a total week off to reasses my situation granted my injury seems trivial but dont be a hero get some treatment and take a break if you feel it would be better

i promised myself a total rest week every 6-8 weeks so back in next saturday and i have now twisted my ankle 3 times in as many weeks which is frustrating.Going to wear my own shoes for work while i get better ones ordered. hoping thats the problem and not a perminant weak ankle now not giving it time to rest properley.

Kids are on half term so training disrupted a bit, garage session tonight

Sugden Classic in two weeks, bit of secret deadlift training is called for

Deadlift
70 x5
70 x3
110 x3
150 x3
180 x3
200 x2
220 x2
220 x2
220 x2
Ran out of weight, note to self: but more weight. This was enough for tonight though

you want to pop to my garage then i got 265 and more lighting so im not training in the dark near the end LOL (only about a 4 hour drive to mine)

187 even better hard to tell the weight just going from your last post as the weight desciption.

When i was in college near nottingham the only gym in the area looked simular to yours on the vid small 2nd storey building above a supermarket. i would go in and just do squats and hang lifts/rows too dangerous to do deads frightened of ending up in the freezer dept on the ground floor LOL

just come across your journal mate watched the 170-180 squat good depth and technique train at a leisure centre type gym ? not a spit and sawdust type then ? if you are the only squater thats their loss mate, front squats cleans, deads rows curls all nice solid exercises

im happy competing in the masters events but maybe i should get down to 77 and get back to doing a 280/290 total if possible would win the british in a year or two i would be 41yrs old how imbarrishing that would be for the bawla if a guy almost twice their age winning the main stream british senior, but just too much politics going on is it rearlly worth the hassel
