well done mate that 90 PP was good work on the drive push with the legs and try to work on the speed with say 60/70 k 3x3 drop set should feel so light after a 90x1 again

He is certainly a strong bloke, he was finishing his training yesterday with sets of 4 x 170 back squats, however he did not feel that this was heavy enough to warrant anybody spotting him!!!!!!!!!!

hi finch im hoping to come up to london on the 18th too - im (attempting) to help Ed in his overhead training on the cj i would love to come down and maybe train with you and have a good chat with this russian lifter too. sounds like this Farm gym is a motivational place to train

i have been training for over 20 years and the only leg exercises i have ever done are front and back squats

this is probably true of most comunist olympic weightlifters..... and have you seen how big they are as well as being stupidly strong/powerful

squat once a week seriously hard and that should be enough (low depth if poss)

14th jan bw 91.5 body fat 22.2%

today 87.8 body fat 20.8% still a long way to go but heading in the right direction
