Went to the powerhouse gym in rhyl today and tried out some of the equipment in the strongman area.. was a good day, need to work on my technique in the strongman events e.g atlas stones

Very happy with today's efforts, my squat PB is up by 20kg.
got my technique pretty much sorted now, every rep is at least a couple of inches below parallel.
