7/8/13 Surprisingly good sesh 18 inch deads w/straps 140 x 5 180 x 5 260 x 1 300 x 1 320 x 1 340 x fail Push press 70 x 5 warm up more than anything 100 x 3 110 x 3 120 x 3 really easy, surprised myself 132.5 x 1 PB!!!! Thought I'd have an attempt given how easy 120 felt, glad I did 135 x hooked off no attempt 135 x fail, not far off Strict press 70 x 5 90 x 3 100 x 2 110 x 1 PB!!!! 115 x fail 100 x 2 Shrugs without straps, belt, etc 100 x 8 140 x 5 140 x 5 140 x 5 | |||
