5 mins on bike. Bench Bar x 20 60x12 80x6 100x8 120x5 135x6 150x3 120x8 Seated bb shoulder press. 60x10 80x8 90x6 100x4 Up right row with the bench bar 40kg 3 sets of 10. 5 sets of 12 of heavy tricep push down. Stretches. Was where I wanted it but I'm training alone at mo . Hopefully in a few weeks will get back to it. | |||

todays squat. 60x10 100x8 120x6 140x4 160x2 180x5 180x5 100x10 calf raises in the squat rack. 100kgx12 100kgx10 100kgx8 ab side bends with a 30kg 1 set of 10 reps either side 10 mins on bike. just squating a nice weight at mo feels nice and light but the reps kill me. within a few weeks will be hitting 200x5. just started up creatine and hope to get some good mass and some gains off that. i dont even take supplements lol. will be updating tomorrow with bench. | |||

Sounds like ur training will work for u mate. Roll on next year now ah. We should be in the paper this week. Arnold press on dumbells 25s 10 reps each arm 30s 8 reps 35s 6 reps Seated bb shoulder press 60kg 12 reps 80kg 10 reps 90kg 6 reps Bicep curls 3 sets of 10 with 20kg dbs Then warmed down with 5 miles on exercise bike. Todays was a backup movement day something I've added to my routine. Shoulders felt good but wamted 8 reps on the 90kg |
