sounds good mate, my bench sq is good but my dl aint going no where, need to train with u or phil on dl as s**t on my own. i will be benching tonight u in? will be in sat aswell.

i think if u stick to ur plan on dl u will be suprised. because u no the 230kg used to be a hard point for u and now ur so near to 230x5 ah
