| Session today with carlos. Dl from 14 inch 70x6 120x5 170x3 210x3 240x3 Hook grip dl 170x2 190x1 Normal dl 190x1 10 times with 30 seconds rest. Leg press 3 sets of 10 Side bends 3 sets of 10 each side. Good session. | |||
