100kg 30

Wide pull downs 8 sets of 12
Db rows 2 sets of 8

40kg bd press 3 sets of 15 on flat then 3 sets on each bench height to straight shoulder press.

Machine chest press 4 sets 25 reps
Dips and abs

Tried squatting 50kg 3 sets of 10
No pain so far ace

Flat bench Wayne broke his lower back on the leg press

We can them shirt fillers plenty of them out there luckily I work with a great team no week link ,we know what each of us are doing how we work and I trust everyone of them in all situations I have been in
