shoulders today. strict press 60kg x 10 70kg x10 80kg x 5 90kg x 2 100kg x 1 then tried push press from behind the neck. 60kg x 10 60kg x 10 then switched to front\ 80kg x1 90kg x 1 100kg x 1 115kg fail piss poor today but tomorrow is another day | |||

tried squating today but my back wouldnt let me. so leg press 5 plates per side x20 reps 6 x20 7 x20 8 x20 9 x20 10 x21 well happy with this then i thought i would rep out deadlift hows stupid was that 200kg pulled 4 then dropped it bad back pain. that was it. should be ok to start again monday. | |||

started with bis straight bar curls 70kg x 3 sets 3 sets of db curls 45,s 4 sets calfs close grip 60 kg x 10 100kg x 5 100kg x 5 140kg x 2 tri push downs 4 sets squats deads and cleans tomorrow cant wait. | |||

started with deadlifts. 60kg x 10 100kg x 5 140kg x 3 180kg x 3 220kg x 3 260kg x 1 280kg x 1 new pb then made a mistake went straight for 300kg instead of 285kg big fail but its getting closer. then 3 sets of wide grip pull downs. left happy | |||
