sound good phil! Grin might keep with the 100kg for max reps then some db benching.

what do i do when i fail on my top sets on dead and squat(say get 4 instead of 5 reps) should i start the 3x3 then after a light deload week?

dropped from around 4-4.5k lol! so a fair drop to be fair, but the drop should be ok (judging it this week by how i feel)

i would love to come but its mileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssss away haha, one day i'll come and beat you all.

what shall i do on bench next week guys whilst the squat and dead are still progressing???

hopefully 240 will fall Happy not sure when im going for it though.

comp wise, i decided against the jan one as its too soon. I will look hardcore style for one when i pass my driving test (got my next test 8th jan) as i can travel then. Goal to have done a competition before end of April.

Diet wise its just a slow drop, i study nutrition so i should be ok Grin

it aint a hardcore cut, not in the slightest. just dropped kcals to around 3000-3500! fancy my chances better at 100kg, dont want any strength loss, infact i expect to gain pretty well still!

any ideas on what to do on bench next week whilst i wait for my other lifts to stall? 100 for max reps again?

ohh and thannks for the bench suggestion ill check it out later
