hmmm, i dont know really ill have to keep going and see! it is hard but i cant imagine how much harder 10kg will be? 2.5kg jumps from now.

just worried about bench going down hill not having a proper structure to its workouts now Unhappy

i thought this was ammonia, not pure protein. ammonia is converted from the nitrogen part of the amino acid, amino acids are basically sugars with nitrogen attached. the body kicks off the nitrogen, converting it to glycogen and excretes the nitrogen as ammonia. My understanding anyway.

If you think about it why would your body piss out protein? it is energy, it will use the part of the protein it can for energy and get rid of the other part.

it is not passed though as pure protein, just a component (nitrogen which has been converted to ammonia i think). protein in urine is something which needs to be looked at by a quack.

urm just read some of this, hayden i think your missing one small fact protein can and is converted to glycogen in times of excess. your body does not just piss out kcals, excess nitrogen may be excreted! but you dont piss out amino acids.
