so tonight was a good session james fennelly irelands strongest man who pulled the 460 silver dollar in the uks was doing some training in the gym as some promotion thing for USN supplements, so was good buzz in the gym he did a dead of 320kg during the session some lifting.

got roped in to doing a bench press challenge by the staff in the gym a team of 5 had to 500 reps of 40kg fastest time win
our team did in 8.02 and came second to 7.40
triceps wear on fire banged out as many reps as you came fast and switch to next guy banged out about 30 on my first and it went down and down after that towards the end it was so so painful but lots of fun.

great day in the gym today they got i s**t load of equipment in and 400kg of extra plate and s**t load of bars and stuff, i asked them months ago to get a hex bar and more plates and they put them out on the floor today its an open week in the gym so its jam packed and hard to train with so many people around but i had a solid workout pb's where flying

yeah thats what i base my program im doing now on just with more volume and exercises.
