My legs shrunk once I stopped taking test, tren, anavar and sustanon. I also hit 30 years old.

8 weeks or so of rest (also being lazy and not willing to train in 40 degree heat) seems to have helped with the pain, and helped me get weak.

Has your condition gotten any better?

I skip breakfast, and some days I barely eat lunch. I probably eat at 3pm, 7pm, 9pm, then I have my bad habit of crisps/crackers at 12pm in bed whilst watching Top Gear in bed after I've brushed my teeth.

The economy has taken a MASSIVE turn for the worse, and 1kg of lamb chops is a days wages over here, which is why lots of people grow their own okra, pumpkins, squash, prickly pears, figs. I do it as a way of passing time. 6 weeks until I have sweetcorn!

Close grip bench (20")
100kg x 3 or 5, nothing left there. Triceps dead.

Around 7pm - okra, peppers, onion, tomatoes, aubergine, all from the garden.

8pm - 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1 scoop banana whey, 1 scoop weight gainer.

10pm - sheftalia kebab - minced lamb, parsley, onion, wrapped with sheep's caul fat. Bit like a very high quality sausage. This was with lots of salad, wrapped in 2 pita breads.
Apple soda.

Midnight - Cheetos.

35kg/hand x 20 reps

Triceps - stack plus drop sets.

Hand able to cope with weights, but by no means much better.

I can't. Not sure if I have fractured one of the bones in my wrist. I can't hold 60kg or even lean on the bed with two hands.

I did manage a couple of sets of front and side raises the other day though...
