3 days ill, 3 kilos lost

2-3 hours at the beach. Chicken and chips, swim, chat to two lovely Kazakh ladies, cheeseburger and chips.

Thunderstorms and heavy rain these past 3 days, so went out snail picking yesterday.

Salted and rinsed for 10mins
Boiled in shells for 10mins
All picked from shells
Rinsed and boiled for 10mins in clean water
Rinsed and boiled for 10mins in clean water

Coated in kentucky fried chicken flour (from dad's old restaurant)

Demolished. I thought of uploading a pic as I scoffed the last one. I still have about another kilo of meat left.

Missed out on a 10kilo tuna as it took the whole kit (just left with rod and reel). Shame as I usually start eating it on the boat.

May I ask where "over here" actually is ?

Incidentally I applaud the use of random names in this manner. It is quite new to me and I suspect it would lose much of its effect if it were overdone. But so far, I like it.

My apologies for the confusion, young Stephen. I've been having next to no sleep for the past few weeks owing to owls, bats, mosquitoes (noisy ones), bin men, and roosters.

I came for a 3 week holiday to Cyprus over 2 years ago. The crosstrainers and bikes have in-built thermometers that show 38 degrees when the sun hits them.
