I can't. Not sure if I have fractured one of the bones in my wrist. I can't hold 60kg or even lean on the bed with two hands.

I did manage a couple of sets of front and side raises the other day though...

Been training very little these past few weeks.

Locked the front wheel of the motorbike, slid off, couldn't wear knee sleeves so no squats.
Lunate (bone in wrist/hand) swollen 4-5 weeks on, can't really bench/shoulder press.

That and the bikes that have thermometers are showing 38 degrees during the day whilst they're in the shade, blacked out windows. They get down to 33 degrees with airconditioning on in the evenings.

Friday 20th July - painfully slid on knee sleeves.
Squat
Bar x 5

Now Monday and I can barely walk. Nice.

Probably 20 prickly pears.
About half a kilo of melon.

Stuffed vine leaves.
Stuffed peppers.
Stuffed onion.
Stuffed potatoes.
Stuffed monkey.

Think I'll be drying figs in the sun over these next couple of weeks.

1kg of fish I'd caught the day before
Probably half a kilo of prickly pears
Chips
2 shots of ouzo (each)
Prickly pear ice-cream (there's a glut of the bloody things at the moment, so thought I'd make icecream out of them
Strawberry cream flavoured biscuits

I've just been a lazy c**t.

The sun was burning my legs at 6:30am this morning, and now at 10:30 it's impossible to stand outside.

Internet says 35 in the shade, but thermometer says 38 in the shade. Cars left in the sun say 45 degrees and the August heat still hasn't kicked in.

Aircon gets ambient temperature down to 30ish indoors, where it's relatively nice and cool.

I find i'm doing more stuff like:

Leg ext - 5 sets
Leg curl - 5 sets
Hypers - 5 sets

That would be it. Fk doing high rep squats.

General benefits?

There are NEVER left-overs.
No food gets thrown out.
All you can eat is much better value for money.
Restaurants are better value for money provided you only buy ONE meal, not two (see 2nd point: no wastage.)
Problems with too much money? Spend it on MORE food!
