Still crap at logging.

Shoulder day - presses on machine, side raise, front raise, db press, bit of triceps, traps. Total 25ish sets.

Chest and triceps -
Incline bench 60, 65, 70, 75, 80kg for 12, 12, 12, 10, 8?

Flat bench
60, 70, 80, 90, 95 for 12, 12, 12, 10, 7 (failed 8th)

DB press 4 sets

Flyes - 5 sets

Triceps - total 12 sets.

Santander Cash ISA is 3% fixed for one year, but the BOE will most likely raise interest rates further BEFORE the next meeting which is due Nov 3rd.

Been training, just terrible at logging.
90kg x 10 bench

Leg day yesterday (Weds 21st Sept)
SSB
130kg x 1
150kg x 3, RPE11

Front squat
140kg x 1, RPE11

Leg press
3-4 sets of 5-8 reps

Bench
92.5kg x 10, maybe another one or two in the tank. Shoulder felt 90% fine, could feel an imbalance but no pain.

Back and biceps session - bicep not too happy after doing BOR 135 x 5, plus a couple more after grip went

Lat pulldowns 3-4 sets 8

Seated rows 3-4 sets 8-10

Abs

Stretch foam roll


Bench session up to 90kg x 7, did 8 a few days later, shoulder fine.

Shoulder press

Side raises

Plenty triceps

Leg day
SSB 147.5kg x 3, all reps felt like none left in tank

Front squat 135kg x 3, fairly easy, deffo more in tank

Leg press
3-4 sets 8

Glutes

Leg curl 3-4 sets

Leg ext 3-4 sets

Had a back and biceps session, with Bent over rows (belted) to 135kg x 5

Legs session
SSB to 145kg x 3, belted

Front squat for an easy 135kg x 3. Gonna have to double check by going for the same weight next week as it felt too easy.

Strict overhead press with 50kg and not too much pain!

Loads of pullups, power cleans, some push press

Benched 90kg for a single without much pain

Decided to try and do a somewhat volume session for pressing - albeit with my dodgy shoulder. Never intended on going heavy at all

Incline bench (had to adjust grip mid-set as wider meant my shoulder was painful)

Last week's deadlift session
Two girls were mincing about right behind me when I was trying to train, constantly getting in the way, no clue about awareness of their surroundings

Squats were fine
Sumo 195kg x 3, distracted
Another set, distracted, trying not to kill a couple of teenagers. Deathlifts.
Did a bunch of lighter pulls
Some back work
Biceps and grip

Monday 22nd
Squats - saw a guy benching 3 plates for reps in the smith, thought i'd get him to slap me. He patted me on the back then touched me on every single rep despite me asking him nicely to get off the platform
8 easyish reps with 160kg, every single one of them assisted somewhat

Leg press
3-4 sets, working up to about 340kg?

Glute bridge things on smith. 10kg bar with counterweights?

170kg x 3? - erm.... my best before was 1.5 plates. Now I got 4 plates after volume work

I'm sick and tired of tomatoes - getting about a kilo a day.

Daikon radishes seem to be growing well in their trays, might plant them out next weekend.

Beets in the ground just before the big rain, all seem to have settled in well.

Red Meat radishes just gone into a planter, given them a bit more space as they're supposed to go up to tennis ball size.

Kohlrabi seem to be growing finally - about the size of a grapefruit. They're the monster variety so I'm going to let them get to roughly pineapple size.

First lot of Spanish Black radishes that I planted didn't germinate, but the ones where I pulled the plant out and hung it for a week seem to have produced seeds at around 95% viability, which is great!

Fennel was a flop - almost literally. Some have gone to seed, some have BARELY gotten fatter, and look like they're going to go to seed.

Sunflower has stopped dead in its tracks - not gained any height, but opened a flower which is growing well. The others are slowly getting taller.

I planted a couple of sunflowers, then the fig tree leaves started to grow and the sunflowers stopped dead in their tracks. Planted another sunflower in another location about 2 months later, and it's shot past the older two! Currently at 7ft tall and growing strong!

Beetroot i directly sowed are small, the ones in trays that are in the exact same spot seem to be doing MUCH better. Suppose it's allowing the tray to soak in water?

Put in an order for more seeds - Daikon, spanish black radish, gigantomo - supposed to be tomatoes that grow over a kilo each, carrots plus a ton of other stuff I can't remember. Order came to 8 quid including postage for about 15 packs of seeds!
