Worked up to a heavy (160?) triple on squats, followed by few sets of leg ext and leg curls the other day.

Biceps and triceps with gym bro, followed by fishing. Was kinda romantic, we even shared a tent together.

Monday 23rd October

80kg x 20 reps
90kg x 12 reps
100kg x 5-6 reps, fatigued by now

Decline
Up to a triple with 110kg, felt tough

You have a competition next month and need a suit - have you considered the fact that it's not something you can just pop on, and it is something that needs to be learned?

On a more helpful note, there used to be a ton of 2nd hand stuff for great prices, I THINK on powerliftingwatch, but they have since changed the website and I can't seem to find any 2nd hand stuff for sale. I have sent you a friends request on the book of faces, and sent the classifieds section to you as a message on there.

Breakfast was 4 big slices of bread with olives, spinach, and halloumi in it.

Lunch was spinach with minced chicken

4-5 o'clock I had the same

Bunch of figs I picked off the tree when I got bored, maybe 10-15 of them.

Think that was it. Gym is starting to get busy in the evenings, plus air-con no longer needed. Would pay 50% of a person's minimum wage just for aircon, plus another 50% on pension.

Looking at getting some Iranian blonde stunner in a couple of nights a week just to look pretty and do some promotional work.

Need to get someone to do pilates and kids stuff, but their rates are so extortionate that it's not worth the headache to make a pittance.

Someone told me I had lost weight, and I wasn't feeling in the best of moods, so this only made me more depressed. Forced myself to eat, then forced myself to train, but ended up enjoying it

I haven't spent a f**king penny on food today (yet). All home-grown in our own sheeps' s**t!

Sweetcorn is growing nicely, reckon they should be ready in 1-2 weeks tops. Got about 30 plants, so should have about 60 odd sweetcorn(s?)

Broad beans have started breaking out of the ground, planted 40 of them.

Maybe 2 months until oyster mushrooms start to pop up, and will go out mushroom picking instead of fishing.

Having the testosterone of 10 men injected weekly is "off"?

I had a dabble, but nowhere near 20ml a week, more similar to your "i'm now clean" dosage. Side effects? I am now weaker, less hungry, and don't spank the monkey about 3 times a day. Only 2 now.

The gym had calmed down a lot due to it being 40 odd degrees in the shade, but I had aircon. It has started to pick up. The next nearest gym is in the process of closing down, he just needs to find a buyer.

I was with a 40 year old milf who was a pilates teacher; married, divorced, 12 year old kid. I helped her set up her new studio and she took my clients (20 kids and 30 women) and f**ked off.

I am now with another 40 year old milf, who was married, divorced and has a kid. I have no intentions of settling down with a woman 7-8 years older than me as I will want little kids later on in life, so I'm just riding it out for now.

Sauce is much the same as it is in the UK - illegal to sell, I think even illegal to possess. Lots of people use it though, not knowing what on earth they're doing. 20mg dbol for 6 weeks, then off. One guy even told me he takes 10mg on training days. You really can't tell who is using and who isn't because they all look the same.

Also, the aforementioned 40yr old signed me up for a competition. Deadlift only, Sept 23rd. 3 weeks to prepare, which includes a deload. So 2 weeks of lifting.
