When going on holiday to raise some funds for myself and my (now ex) girlfriend, she sent me a photo of her with another guy, saying she has a new boyfriend. I am pretty sure it was pre-mediated as she asked for her hat back before I left. The following week, she discovered she had stage 3 cancer of bone-marrow and bone. Karma!

Just with some girl casually once every few weeks, but we fell asleep together 2 days ago and she hugged me. She needs to go.

The Lithuanian I was with in the UK has told me "we need to talk" after 3.5 years of me being here, and it's not going anywhere. She has a kid from another relationship and she won't be able to live here. I have no interest in moving back to the UK.

Close grip (14") bench 120kg: Plan was to do
Monday 4x9@70%
Wednesday 5x7@75%
Friday 7x5@80%

Add 2.5kg per week. There are NO 1.25kg plates in Cyprus, so I will just bend some leftover rebar steel weighing 1.25kg each.

Spent 3 sessions last week doing 4x9@70-75%

Today
40kg x 9
70kg x 5
75kg x 9
75kg x 9
75kg x 9
75kg x 9 - probably harder than it should have been, but at least this means I eat like a pig to ensure I am getting strong enough quickly enough

Seated rows
4x10

The eel its self is like a pleasant white fish and the jelly is basically the water they boiled the eels in with a load of gelatine bunged in it.
I once had deep fried tripe in a posh and very weird restaurant and it was nice. Otherwise its pretty grim.

Don't need gelatine bunged in. Boiling the bones and allowing it to cool down releases enough gelatine to make the jelly, just like a boiled chicken will.

Can't get enough of it, but it's usually 2 something at Morrison's. I sometimes see it on special offer for something like 30p and buy a few trays. They go into the freezer and I take out about 5 a day for snacking on. Vinegar and black/white pepper are a must.

Happy belated birthday. #160 and I thought I was one of the late-comers.
» What fruit/veg have you had today? (Go to post)23-07-2019 @ 15:50
Over the course of yesterday:
Tomatoes and capers along with halloumi in ma toastie

2kg watermelon
Figs
Prickly pears

Tomatoes, peppers, onions along with chicken for dinner

Probably had other stuff but can't remember.

About a kilo of fish. Went fishing straight after.
Didn't even have anything next to it. No seasoning other than flour to fry it.
Might have the same tomorrow, but make a big salad or summat.

Halloumi and tomato toastie for breakfast

Lunch was purslane with eggs

Snacked on cold watermelon only once today.

Dinner didn't really contain any veg.

The reason I'm thinking civic is because it's got a huge boot which is handy for camping. I'm guessing a mark 7 would be upwards of 6 grand. Could get a decent civic for under 4. However...will probably just keep the golf going a few more years tbh. Cheers though
Boar, ya crazy 1 wheeled hogman!

Would you not contemplate something like a Bora, Jetta, or a Passat? I like German cars and hate Civics with a passion. Don't ask why, I just don't like them.
