You guys are all going on about how tight the knee wraps are. I'm guessing most strongmen don't like tight wraps? I always though that was the norm for powerlifting, and anything less is laziness/ladyness...

I've already been on the internet to calculate the formula and i'm still crap. Bodyweight isn't 79-80kg any more, it's around the 85kg mark. Only thing that might work is if I can go heavier on the farmers. I don't train events but I've got a decent grip in comparison to my deadlift.

I'm embarassed by not being able to spell a word because it'll make me look even more stupid than I already am. Heamorrhoid cream. It works by pulling the moisture out, so I THINK it all works on the same principle. You could try mixing a solution of alcohol and caffeine anhydrous, both of which (in my theory) should work to do the same job as Anusol etc.

Preperation H is used on stubborn areas to draw water out. Lower abs etc.
