I agree with the brown one - very strong strict pressing, especially considering the reps done before.

Everyone else on the programme came up with terrible blood results and a array of diet related health problems. But her health and blood was found to be excellent.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid, innit!?

Over the past couple of months, I've been eating a LOT of cholesterol rich food - a whole 200g chorizo in a couple of minutes, a 200g cheese in one sitting etc. Had my cholesterol levels done today - Total was very good (mainly from having such a high LDL level), HDLs were very low and LDLs were sky high (great stuff).

As long as it's balanced then you should be ok. I have lots of oats and chickpeas, so plenty fibre, along with fruit and veg. We just eat more OF everything.

I use collars. A rope to make rows tougher. A couple of times a week I use a bench. Pins for rack pulls.

I still only come in here to perv over food pictures. Lots of solid PBs as of late though, so that food seems to be doing you well....

Training today after a pretty long day. Got PLENTY chalk too.

Deadlifts Grin

Super sexy sumo style!

60kg x 3
100kg x 3
140kg x 3
175kg x 3
187.5kg x 5 - up 2.5kg since last raw session. Had my belt on tight and was REALLY breathing hard between reps.

SLDL
155kg x 8,8 no belt, hook grip. Solid.

18" Rack pulls - all sumo and hook grip, holding onto the chrome centre
140kg x 3
180kg x 3
200kg x 2
220kg x 2 or 3. Grip felt solid, so I don't have to worry about it. Might add some more volume to deadlifts/SLDL or something instead of doing rack pulls as my grip seems much stronger than my back strength. Might use lower pins next time - 14"

Back went

Pendlay rows
55kg x 8
75kg x 8
95kg x 3-4, then gave up.

Biceps
90 on stack x 8
110 on stack x 8

Don't know why I thought of this when I read your goal...

Looks like you're getting a lot of GPP in, Beefy. Even if your weight isn't dropping as steadily as you like, you're going to be a LOT fitter for all this volume and conditioning you're doing. Keep it up and it will come off slowly.

wifes on a diet n i cant find any food Angry

I thought you were trying to LOSE weight as well? Or is it VERY bad? You should hang around my lady when she's on a diet - sausage and egg sandwich for breakfast, a biscuit with your cuppa and a 3 course meal for dinner. Cheese sandwiches for snacks. Wonder why she's not losing anything :S

If i eat as badly next week i wont get 100kx6 . Starting a form of Intermittent fasting tomorrow , mainly to help the wife out as she's doing it, which means only 600 calories the whole day ,needless to say I'm not looking forward to it!

Why in God's name would you only have 600kcals in one day? Best of luck to you!

did the festive season affect the bodyweight much

Back was fine until today's training session. Diet was slacking over the festive period, but i'm finding it increasingly easy to pack away big meals in one sitting. Checked the weight today on SECA scales (working for NHS now) and it was 85.0kg after my shake. I was wearing jeans and a jumper though. I'm going over to your log now to have a nosey at your BW and training....
