» Benni and his 528kg deadlift prediction. (Go to post)15-06-2019 @ 08:56,2879390&hl=en

Here's an old snippet of his (Megatron's) real weights lifted. No mention of his deadlift weights, but a 275lb bench in competition when he was young.

Does turning a 7kg watermelon into wine count as fruit? I don't even like wine. I've ruined a perfectly good watermelon.

You can't condition your chin. Get hit square on the chin by a big puncher and you're out, no matter how good a boxer you are.

"Sighs in Benni".
Which bar will they use, and which plates? MHP plates or ones that weigh what they state?

Tomatoes and cucumber at 7am as an impromptu breakfast
Orange with brunch at 11ish
Orange and banana with dinner around 5ish
Might well have some fruit/veg later. Wonder if there's any broad beans kicking about in the garden.
My prickly pear got butchered last month with a weed whacker - probably knocked it back a year Unhappy

You lot fish with alarms and bells. What a bunch of pansies. Where will you find an alarm in the woods? Sit down and read a book - hours of sitting is NOT awesome fishing!

Bear Grylls does stupid s**t for the camera. Why not cook the bugs by boiling them, making your drinking water safer, lessening the risk of consuming parasites, and lessening the risk of diarrhoea all in one fell swoop?

Ray Mears is a lot more practical.

PaulSavage said:Oh forget to say, something else that went into the decision to do bodypower was also that some f**k came into our house an stole my bloody gym bag so the 650 SBD packages would be helpful. Don't have any elbow or knee sleeves now, having to use some really harsh wrist wraps, got no mouth piece etc luckily they didn't realise the belt next to the bag cost 160 an left that.

Or the guy who stole your stuff looked at the belt and thought he might not have much use for it. Sorry to hear about the theft of your stuff, which is not only monetary, but a pain in the ass convenience wise.

Getting bored of mushrooms pretty quickly. In 3 days I've picked about 6 carrier bags full of the bas***ds. Last night I had mushrooms layered with grated cheese.

This morning, about 500g of mushrooms, an onion, three eggs. Cost: one onion. Ours got ruined by hailstones last week, which is upsetting.
