Make sure you turn up to your English lessons.

When you've got to go up three waist sizes in jeans just to fit your legs in.

.22, or failing that some cat piss/crap should do the trick. Get some off a friend if you don't have your own cat. Just pop some in a carrier bag then drop put it around where they like to sniff. Their noses are pretty sensitive so doesn't have to be right near your doorstep.

» KRUNCHMANIA- Novice Strongman Competition (under 95kg + over 95kg) (Go to post)07-08-2011 @ 10:25
Definitely in - i'm about 5 miles away. I was looking at one before but 400kg tyre and starting with a 60kg dumbell press seemed a little too much for me.

bpc/gpc lifters do NOT get subsidised costs to enter euro/world level training.
We sign a waiver stating any injury sustained during a comp is our own responsibility - insurance won't be needed.
10 on top to get a day pass if, can only do this once per year.

» Does anyone actually drink olive oil? (Go to post)31-07-2011 @ 13:14
I get it for free a couple of times a year so it's in ready supply - cook with it, add it to salads, homemade burgers, dip your bread in it, fry chips in it - very healthy stuff and fine to add to shakes - tablespoon doesn't really affect the flavour at all and provides more kcals and healthy fats.
» Restaurant Portions... (Go to post)31-07-2011 @ 13:03
Just eat two main meals, or eat at a place where you know the portions are a decent size. Then eat what she can't finish off.
» Wanted to buy - Katana 42 A/S (Go to post)31-07-2011 @ 00:59
Super Katana would be ideal, but a regular katana will do. MUST be A/S.
» The Sumo Deadlift (Go to post)27-07-2011 @ 03:09
Paused leg presses - similar to box squats. Just make sure you use the same stance that you pull with. I agree that technique is the most important thing for sumo pulling - take full advantage of the better mechanics you're able to use in comparison to pulling conventional.

Search bar would make things MUCH easier.
» one for the kit whores (Go to post)26-07-2011 @ 18:57
Supposed to take a fkton of weight to get a touch in one of them. They also have a squat suit that's far too much for anyone to touch or hit depth in.
