Totally agree!
Years of playing with big weights and I dont get a single injury,
then I fall down some stairs and ruin everything, like a proper muppet!

I completely destroyed my elbow about 5 weeks ago.
Now I have severe pain whenever I move my hand\arm.
I had 5 1\2 hour op. to fix it. Now Iv got prosthetic elbow, metal plate and about 14 screws holding it all together.
When I asked doctor about lifting in the future he basically said never say never.
I love strength sports and Im very eager to get back training.
Just wanted some other opinions.... will I lift again?
